H.L. 2023 is a great year for female fronted metal. Xandria and Delain already released brilliant albums and now AD INFINITUM does the same. From the three, AD INFINITUM's symphonic metal contains maybe the strongest modern metal influences, similar to Evanescence. The fantastic vocals and sometimes also the guitars are soulful, touching, clear and powerful, guiding you through hit after hit, besides the excellent singles my favourites are "Ravenous", "New Dawn" and "Legends". Favorite track: From The Ashes.

Parysatis of the Ashfall Wonderful album, it is hard for me to pick a favourite track. i had the great pleasure to see Ad Infinitum live on stage and they were just incredible, i hope to see them again in the future. ❤️

jackez This single from the album to come is absolutely tremendous. Melissa and the men are terrific. I am 69 years old -never thought I would love Metal. This band has introduced me to some terrific musicians.

rnbcamp314 Another solid release from this band. The vocals continue to hit every range you could want to hear, and the musicianship is equal to them. It would be easy to choose one of the singles (Somewhere Better in particular) as a favorite, but Under the Burning Skies really jumped out to me as a standout hit. Fans of their previous work will be happy with the latest effort. Great work, Ad Infinitum keep it up!

#3 2023: "XANDRIA reborn", concerning the line-up. In terms of music it is what you expect from one of the leading symphonic metal bands. 75 minutes(!) of bombastic, dramatic, well arranged and varied female fronted metal. Each song on this long player is catchy, full of pathos and a hit, Also the new singer makes a great job and brings soul into the heavy soundscapes. A must have release for fans of this genre. Not original, but better than all Nightwash releases since "Dark Passion Play"! H.L.
